1. Our Promise. We accept returns and issue refunds under the conditions below. All decisions are made fairly and in line with US and Canadian consumer protection standards.
2. Return Window 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
For digital products (e.g., in-game currency, premium access, downloadable content), returns are not accepted once download or activation begins, unless the product is defective.

Refunds issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the item
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
